The Medium Home Tier (RM10,000 Subsidy): This is the sweet spot for average family homes with bills between RM300 and RM600. You get a massive RM10,000 discount.
The Large Home Tier (RM12,000 Subsidy): If your air-cons are running 24/7 and your bill easily crosses RM600+, you qualify for the maximum RM12,000 off.
The Ground Rule: To keep it fair, it’s strictly one subsidy per MyKad/SESCO account holder. And because the funding pool has a set quota, it’s entirely a first-come, first-served basis.
